Day 1: Introduction to Havening Techniques

  • Philosophy and Origins of Havening Techniques
  • Learn the science behind Havening Techniques and its role in reducing trauma and emotional stress
  • Live demonstrations of Havening Techniques
  • Interactive discussions and case studies
  • Development of skills to apply Havening in mental health settings 

Day 2: Practicing Havening Techniques

  • Focus on practical applications of Havening Techniques for all 7 protocols
  • Instruction on using Havening for complex trauma and emotional management
  • Supervised practice sessions with feedback
  • Guidance on assessing when Havening is the right choice for a client

Day 3: Mastery and Certification (Half-Day)

  • Opportunity for additional practice and group discussions to reinforce skills
  • Exploration of ethical considerations in clinical practice, including client confidentiality and informed consent
  • Discussion of risk management strategies to navigate potential challenges in practice
  • Q&A session for participants to clarify any questions
  • Guidance on certification process and next steps for becoming a certified Havening Techniques practitioner

By the end of the training, participants will have a strong understanding of Havening and be ready to use this approach to help their clients heal.
