I have been working  as a self employed Counsellor and Therapist in the Education system for 20 years and work with children age 5 and upwards, young people, teachers, staff members, parents/guardians. I am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Pyschotherapists, an Accredited Member of The National Counselling Society, a member of The Northern Ireland Counselling Forum, a Counselling Supervisor and Life Coach. The Havening has been such a blessing  while working in this setting and I have recently done some research work with the University of Ulster where we worked with two groups of 14 year old pupils both teaching and testing different approaches to stress relief around exam times - the Havening was brilliant! Really looking forward to meeting up with Dr Steven Ruden and Stephen Travers at the Dublin training!
