Ellie is most excited about the possibilities for using Havening to foster the resilience of individuals, families and communities. Ultimately, she envisions a Louisville and a world where people live trauma-free, from the heart, and conscious of their ability to choose. Ellie’s passions include spiritual/personal development, peak performance in relationships, dance, endurance running, event planning, and creating a healthcare system that works for all. Her specialities in coaching and Havening involve working with young adults ages 18-35 to enhance their experience of romantic relationships, friend and family relationships, career choices, life purpose/spirituality and health.
