Hayley Henry

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State, USA. I have been a licensed therapist since 2017 but have worked in the field since 2013.

For the last four years I have been working with Native American’s on a reservation to address intergenerational trauma masked by addictions, relational and identity challenges. Despite these hardships, I have witnessed an innate resiliency.  The ability to heal is within all of us. Havening helps us strengthen internal resources and uses neuroplasticity for our benefit.

The beautiful coastal Native American teachings has helped evolve my approach and expand my understanding of healing. I incorporate physical, spiritual, emotional and mental components of healing. Havening techniques compliments this style beautifully.

I am based in Washington State near Seattle.
